Year 1 – Full Warranty
During the first year from the original purchase date, qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered, including replacement parts. Authorized labor and transportation related to covered repairs are included during this period.

Years 1–2 – Motor Coverage
The motor system is covered by a full replacement warranty for the first two (2) years. Coverage includes replacement parts for motor failure due to qualifying manufacturing defects.

Years 2–5 – Limited Parts Warranty
From year two through year five, defective components may be replaced under warranty. Replacement parts are provided, with the purchaser responsible for service, installation, and transportation costs.

Years 6–10 – Prorated Limited Warranty
From year six through year ten, replacement parts for qualifying defects are available on a prorated basis. The purchaser is responsible for a portion of the replacement cost, as well as all service, installation, and freight charges.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects when the adjustable base is used as intended with a compatible mattress. Normal wear and tear, comfort preference changes, and damage from misuse or improper installation are not covered.
