Terms of Sale

1) Online Orders Only

All orders must be placed through our website checkout system. We do not accept orders by phone, email, or in person.

2) Pricing & Product Information

Prices, product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but errors may occur.

In the event of a pricing, typographical, or product description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

3) Payment Authorization

Payment is required in full at the time an order is placed. By submitting an order, you authorize Quality Sleep Direct and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping, and any disclosed fees.

Financing providers operate independently and determine eligibility, terms, and approvals.

4) Order Acceptance & Production

Many products sold by Quality Sleep Direct are built to order. Once an order is accepted, it may be submitted to manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Orders cannot be modified once production or fulfillment has begun.

5) Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible only if requested before the order has been submitted for production or fulfillment.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after placing the order
• Once production or fulfillment begins, cancellation is not possible
• Approved cancellations may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees

Cancellation eligibility is determined based on order status at the time of request.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines vary by product and destination. Some items ship via freight delivery; others ship via parcel carriers.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product type, size, weight, and destination.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7) Final Sale & Comfort Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, fulfillment process, and health considerations, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Products

• All mattresses are non-returnable once delivered
• Bedding and sleep accessories are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons
• Adjustable bases, bed frames, and accessories are non-returnable once delivered
• Products designated as value-line or otherwise identified on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange

Comfort Exchange Program (Limited Exception)

As a customer service accommodation, Quality Sleep Direct offers a limited Comfort Exchange Program for select premium mattress models. This program is the only exception to our final sale policy and is offered as an exchange—not a return or refund.

• Eligibility is determined by the product page at the time of purchase
• Exchanges may be made for the same or higher-priced mattress
• All shipping and delivery charges for the replacement order are the customer’s responsibility

8) Refunds

Refunds are issued only where expressly approved under these Terms.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable once fulfillment begins

Refund eligibility does not override the Final Sale and Comfort Exchange provisions.

9) Warranties

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.

Quality Sleep Direct does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

10) Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon transfer of the product to the shipping carrier or freight provider, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11) Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about an order, you agree to contact Quality Sleep Direct before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to retain and provide order records, delivery confirmation, communications, and policy documentation using secure internal and third-party business systems in response to disputes, chargebacks, or legal requests.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Sleep Direct shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
