Year 1 – Full Warranty
During the first year from the original purchase date, South Bay International will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part.
This includes authorized labor and transportation costs related to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

Years 1–2 – Motor Full Warranty
The adjustable base motor(s) are covered by a full replacement warranty for parts, labor, and transportation if a motor failure occurs during the first two years.

Years 2–5 – Limited Parts Warranty
From year two through year five, South Bay International will replace any defective bed part for the original purchaser.

• Replacement parts must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, or additional charges may apply.

• Coverage is limited to the replacement part only.

• The purchaser is responsible for all service, installation, and transportation costs.

Years 6–10 – Prorated Limited Warranty
From year six through year ten, defective bed parts will be replaced on a prorated basis.

• The purchaser is responsible for 1/180 of the current replacement cost of the defective part for each month beyond the fifth year from the original purchase date.

• Coverage applies to replacement parts only.

• Service, installation, and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
